From a dark vinyl floor to a light, warm room — in one continuous job: removal, underfloor heating, new flooring and painting, all by the same team.

Work carried out

  • Old vinyl floor tiles removedThe existing herringbone vinyl floor tiles were taken out and the subfloor cleaned and prepared for the new build-up.
  • Underfloor heating installedUnderfloor heating was fitted on the prepared subfloor, so the room is heated evenly and comfortably.
  • Laminate and skirting boards fittedNew light oak-look laminate flooring laid and finished with new white skirting boards.
  • Walls paintedThe walls were painted in a calm grey shade that matches the new, light floor.

The result: a room with a warm floor, a clean finish and a calm colour scheme — ready to furnish.
