Yes. You have one point of contact for the whole project.
After your request through the quote form we visit you to measure up and discuss your wishes. You then receive one clear price for the agreed work, free and without obligation. Additional work is only done with your approval.
Yes, with minimal disruption to you and your neighbours.
Dutch and English. Many of our clients in the Eindhoven region are international, so English is no problem at all.
Yes. After completion there is a 2-month service period: defects that come to light in that time and are due to our work, we repair free of charge. After that you remain protected by the statutory warranty: the work must be sound and do what was agreed. Materials and appliances also carry the manufacturer's warranty. Everything is set out in our terms and conditions.
Once the work is finished, we send you the invoice within 3 days, and you pay it within 7 days by bank transfer. For larger projects we may agree payment in instalments in the quote. Additional work is always agreed with you in advance, including the price.
That depends on what needs to be done. As a guide: a bathroom or kitchen usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, a complete renovation 4 weeks or more, depending on the scope and on what we come across along the way. With the quote you receive a schedule with the expected duration for your project.
Through the quote form: tick what you want done, describe the project, add three photos of the current situation and, if you have one, a drawing as PDF. It takes a few minutes. Within one working day we contact you to make an appointment.
Three photos from your phone show us the situation in advance: the room, the state of the walls and floors and what needs to be done. That way we arrive well prepared and can prepare a quote faster. Large photos are reduced automatically, you do not need to edit anything.
You immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. Within one working day we call or e-mail you for an appointment on site. There we measure up and discuss your wishes. After that you receive a clear quote with one price and a schedule — free and without obligation.
